Pay EXCLUSIVE of Special Pay , Dearness Pay, Personal Pay is generally regarded as PAY.

👉EXCEPT  For Pay Fixation, DP+ PP+ SP is taken into account as Pay.

👉 Other cases , BP+DP+SP etc are added to count the Pay.

According to GO(P)7/2016 dated 20.1.2016 , Pay is the stage at which his salary is fixed. If the maximum stage is not sufficient for fixation, Personal Pay is mooted.
