 Presumptive Pay

Salary due to an officer in normal due course.

This is relevant when HPL is allowed, (LEAVE SALARY)


Example:

An officer drawing a salary in the scale 12250-19800 @ 13610 w.e.f 1.1.2019 and goes on HPL on 2-2-2019 to 16-2-2019.

His HPL is for 15 days.

His Presumptive salary is 6805(for 15 days) and his Leave salary will be based on 6805  for the HPL period.
